Below are the policy's that apply to the Coastal Motorcycle Centre website and business. Please be aware that we reserve the right to change/ amend or update our policies at any time.. If you have any questions in regards to our policy page please contact us via our contact us page.
If you order before 10am on a weekday we will endeavor to have your order shipped on that day. If for some reason there is an issue or that item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to provide you with an ETA for that item. If you are unhappy with the provided ETA we will provide you with a full refund or store credit.
Purchases on PARTS FINDER.
Parts finder allows you to access the schematics of your motorcycle and order specific genuine parts for your motorcycle. Many of these parts may not be in stock (stock levels are shown). When you order parts on the parts finder that are not in stock we will not debit your credit card for the part until we have contacted you with an ETA and you have approved the order.
We keep shipping simple so that you know your costs straight up. We use three different charges $0 / $15 / $30
$0 Shipping: Spend over $90 and the shipping is free no matter how big/ bulky or how far away you are (within Australia of course)
$15 Shipping: This is for orders under $90 that are small items, our shipping calculator will figure this out during check out
$30 Shipping: This charge is for bulky goods under $90, our shipping calculator will figure out your charge at check out
Customers who provide authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address do so at their own risk. Coastal Motorcycle Centre will only replace orders when the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
Coastal Motorcycle Centre will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
If you have a larger order the order may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.
Delivery instructions that have been provided by the purchaser are done so at the sole discretion of the purchaser and Coastal Motorcycle Centre is not responsible for this.
Currently we do not ship outside of Australia.
We do not ship complete Motorcycles, it is against our dealer agreement to do so.
No risk shopping:
14 day return period for credit or refund. Not happy with what you purchased? No problem simply contact us within the 14 day period and we will except your goods back into stock. Please ensure your goods comply with the below conditions before returning to us. If your goods do not comply with the below conditions we will be unable to issue a credit or refund.
How to make sure your returned goods are accepted
All returned goods must be in original condition, this includes packaging and tags. The items condition must reflect its status as new and unused. If the packaging, tags or goods are damaged, marked or show any signs of wear we will be unable to refund or credit the item
You must have contacted us for a return number. Please include this number with your return. email firstname.lastname@example.org
The purchaser is responsible for paying the freight cost of returned items.
Please note on items with free freight we will deduct the freight cost from you purchase. Freight will be calculated via the Australia post shipping calculator to ensure fair cost.
Faulty/ Warranty Items
If you have a faulty or warranty item that you would like to discuss with us please contact us via phone or even better email. When emailing us please make sure you include photographs of the item of concern. Doing this can speed up the process and help us get you back on your bike sooner. Please contact customer service or the brand directly for warranty periods.
By ordering through or becoming a member of Coastal Motorcycle centre you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. We use this database to contact you in regards to offers, new products or cool stuff. You can easily remove yourself by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the email of any marketing communications or contacting us. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, and it does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Coastal Motorcycle Centre reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancel my Order
We will try to help you out if you change your mind. If you are able to notify us before goods have been dispatched, Coastal Motorcycle Centre can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Coastal Motorcycle Centre reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service. If we are unable to arrange a parcel return then please see our Returns Policy above
Typing Mistakes (Typographical Errors)
Occasionally we make mistakes. In the event of goods or product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typing error or error in pricing or that product information received from our suppliers is incorrect, Coastal Motorcycle Centre shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s
We maintain our right to cancel an order irrespective of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. (If this is the case we will of course refund the amount you have been charged as soon as practicably possible)
Please be aware that product images and descriptions may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from the Australian importers of the products and in many cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only.
We offer Gift vouchers for sale in varying amounts. Please note that Gift cards have a 12 month expiration date, after 12 months from the date of purchase the gift voucher will be invalid. In order to successfully use your Gift Card the following rules must be adhered to: The Gift Card Number must be entered and used within the payment page; The Gift Card must be used prior to the Gift Card’s expiration date.
You cant swap a Gift cards for cash and gift cards ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
