Developed alongside elite athletes in , the Tech-Air® MX delivers unrivalled upper-body protection in a compact, lightweight chest protector. Built to perform in the toughest riding environments — from deep ruts to massive jumps — this system represents a revolution in off-road safety.

Race-Proven Technology

  • Born from MotoGP, Dakar, and MXGP expertise — developed through years of data collection and real-world crash analysis with top athletes.

  • Six integrated sensors (three accelerometers and three gyroscopes) constantly monitor body motion to detect impacts within milliseconds.

  • When a crash is detected, the system inflates in as little as 40 milliseconds, delivering up to four times more impact protection than traditional passive body armour.

Smart, Comfortable, and Fully Independent

  • Completely self-contained — no tethers, cables, or external connections required.

  • Autonomous activation: simply clip the left buckle to power on; unclipping turns it off.

  • Lightweight, ventilated chassis maintains excellent airflow and rider comfort.

  • Can be worn over or under a jersey, allowing room for airbag deployment.

Advanced Features

  • Bluetooth connectivity with the Tech-Air® App provides system status, firmware updates, and ride data.

  • Up to 30 hours of active ride time on a full charge; one hour of charging provides approximately eight hours of use.

  • User-serviceable gas inflator enables quick, easy cartridge replacement after deployment.

  • Multiple riding modes (MX, SX, Enduro, Rally) ensure optimal protection across disciplines.
