2027 Honda CRF450 and CRF250 Competition Range Announced
Honda Australia has unveiled its 2027 CRF450 and CRF250 competition motorcycle lineup, highlighted by what Honda describes as the most comprehensive redesign of the CRF450R in a decade.

Developed with direct input from Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) factory racing programs, the new CRF450R receives significant updates to its engine, chassis and suspension package. Honda says these changes are designed to deliver more controllable power, enhanced stability and improved performance across a wide range of track conditions.

The latest CRF450R reflects Honda's ongoing commitment to motocross and off-road competition, with lessons learned at the highest levels of racing helping shape the next generation of its flagship motocross machine.
Honda has confirmed that the engine, chassis and suspension updates introduced on the CRF450R will also extend to the CRF450 Works Edition and CRF450RX models.

2027 CRF450R HRC Works Edition
The 2027 CRF450R HRC Works Edition builds on the extensive updates introduced across the new CRF450R platform with a range of premium, race-inspired components.

Key features include a Yoshimura titanium exhaust system, lightweight titanium downpipe, Twin Air filter, revised ECU settings with model-specific tuning, and hand-finished intake and exhaust ports completed by specialist engineers at Honda's Kumamoto factory in Japan.

Additional equipment includes anodised and laser-stamped fork adjusters and fork caps, anodised black axle clamps, a titanium-coated rear shock rod, Metallic Red shock spring and cylinder head cover, black upper and lower triple clamps, a gold DID chain, Renthal grips, Throttle Jockey seat cover, black DID-LTX rims and exclusive 2027 HRC Works Edition graphics.
Together with the latest CRF450R engine, chassis and suspension updates, the HRC Works Edition offers a premium specification package for competition-focused riders.
The 2027 CRF250 lineup will also benefit from updates, with the CRF250R, CRF250 Works Edition and CRF250RX receiving targeted suspension refinements aimed at improving consistency and rider feedback while maintaining the performance characteristics riders have come to expect from the platform.
